businesses we work closely with

Our UK Outdoor Business Associates

Here are a few of the great UK outdoor businesses – places, people and products we have tried and tested over the years.

We continue to work closely with them – and have no reservations in recommending each and every one.

We pride ourselves on having extensive local knowledge and can arrange activities and accommodation together to ensure a smooth, hassle-free and enjoyable break. Here are some of our favourite places to stay and places to eat in the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales!

Special thanks to Nick Landells for his superb landscape photography featured on our website.

Places to Eat in the Lake District:

Outdoor Equipment:

Buffalo Systems Outdoor Equipment

Our favourite outdoor jackets – they have been keeping us warm and dry for the last 5 years, if we are working or playing outdoors – we will have a Buffalo top on or with us.

Buffalo Systems always seek out the most technically advanced fabrics for our clothing. They always design for function, rather than fashion, and they only ever include features that actually make their gear work better in the worst weather conditions. Maybe that’s why so many serious adventurers choose Buffalo equipment for their personal journeys.
