Our Gift Voucher Adventure Terms & Conditions
Please read before buying

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from their purchase date – after this they become invalid
• Gift vouchers are only valid for the number of recipients printed on it
• Only recipients of the gift voucher will be led by Door 2 door leaders on their chosen activity – they will not be joining any other parties or people – their day will be tailor made to suit their expectations
• Other parties – freinds, family, collegues – are welcome to join the gift voucher recipients on their chosen activity – this will be arranged between the recipiant and Chris Packman – Door 2 Door Adventures activity charges will apply to the extra participants
• Gift vouchers are valid for a Door 2 Door instructor, guiding and leading the activity the recipiant has booked
• Hire of specialist equipment is not included in the price of the gift voucher – so if canoes, kayaks, bikes, or personal protective equipment is required for the chosen activity there will be an additional charge to cover the hire fee – this will be payable by the recipiant of the gift voucher
• A rough idea of aditional hire charges are – £30 a canoe for a day – £25 a kayak for a day – £30 a mountain bike for a day – these differ at various locations and times of the year – but will be discussed and agreed by all parties prior to any activities comencing
• Overnight accomadation is not included in the cost of the gift voucher – this must be arranged by the recipiants – we will be glad to recomend or arrange suitable providers
• No food, drinks, snacks or meals are included in the cost of the gift voucher – the recipients must make their own arrangements and pay for any refreshments they require during an activity
• Transport from overnight accomadation in the Lakes to an activity will be provided – where possible – by Door 2 Door leaders at no extra charge, where transport is unavalable Door 2 Door leaders will meet recipiants at their overnight accomadation and guide them to and from the choosen activity
• Gift vouchers cannot be surendered for refund or cash payment
• Payments for gift vouchers will be remain in a holding account until the activity has been completed to the recipients satisfaction – this is in keeping with The Package Tour Operators Regulations
• Payments for gift vouchers will only be returned to the original purchaser in the event of Door 2 Door Adventures ceasing to trade
• Door 2 Door Adventures, Chris Packman and his leaders reserve the right to alter, change and cancel all activities due to adverse weather conditions, concerns about safety, clients behaviour or physical welling
