“local guides who love both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales”

The region offers endless opportunities to go on guided walks while in The Lake District or Yorkshire Dales, we will choose a route both near your holiday accomadation and suitable to your walking experience, maybe a classic wander around Tarn Hows near Coniston, a tarn like Red Tarn near Helvellyn, famous summits like Coniston Old Man or a high ridge like Cat Bells in The Newlands Valley in The Lakes.

Or remote routes on the rolling hills of The Dales like Pen y Gent, Ingleborough or Whernside as well as discovering hidden  caves and waterfalls

“endless opportunities to go on guided walks”

Learn about the regions geology and history while on one of our guided walks, with local guides who love both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, and will share not only some hidden gems but also some great local refreshment stops.

  • Ed and Frannie from USA wished to explore the Yorkshire Dales while they toured the UK, Eds family originated from Yorkshire and so he wanted to climb up Pen y Gent to honour their memory
  • We arranged a hotel in Horton in Ribblesdale for the couple to spend the night before our day on the hill, we had a great day together, and met Ed and Fran in Keswick the following day, at the luxury Spa Hotel we had arranged, to spend a day exploring on mountain bikes
