Our Lake District photography tours ensure you are in the right place at the right time to make the most of the rising and setting sun, as well as any seasonal variations.

Remember that as our photography tours guide will only be working with you, so you can ask any questions and tailor the day to cover the areas of the Lake District that most interest you

“ensure you are in the right place at the right time”

There are now a host of brilliant guidebooks available about photographing The Lake District, and we now specialise in tailor making our photography tours to include places in these guides, that photographers from round the world have discovered and want to visit, these are places we, as outdoor professionals know well, and love showing to guests.

Mountain vistas, tranquil lakes, waterfalls, sea shores, stone circles, remote tarns, roman forts, picturesque villages the list is endless.

“taking home some memorable shots”

By the end of one of our Lake District photography tours, you can rest assured that you will be taking home some memorable shots of the area we love the most.

  • Joana is a professional photographer and wanted to add some shots of Cumbria to her portfollio of work –
  • We met Joana in Borrowdale and spent the day visiting various inconic sites to photograph – including Ashness and Stockley Bridges and Castlerigg stone circle for sunset – then next day made an early start to catch sunrise over Derwent Water and the Newlands Valley then spent the day travelling to and photographing many picturesque spots
